About the Company

Our client is a well-established construction company based in the Greater Toronto Area, recognized for delivering high-quality renovation projects in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team and lead renovation projects with excellence and professionalism.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of renovation projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and superior quality. This role involves close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Resolve any on-site challenges and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and clients as needed.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, permits, and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing renovation projects in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• PMP certification or equivalent (an asset).
