Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support complex employee relations cases across EU jurisdictions • Serve as advisor to managers and employees on European employment law and local directives • Partner with HR Ops to streamline practices and ensure legal alignment • Monitor trends and deliver HR analytics across engagement, culture, and performance • Lead or support implementation of compliant policies in coordination with external legal counsel

What You Bring: ✅ Proven HR generalist experience in multi-jurisdictional settings ✅ Solid understanding of European employment legislation and directives ✅ Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR data ✅ Collaborative style and interpersonal skills suited to international environments ✅ CIPD or employment law qualifications (strongly preferred) ✅ Professional services or financial sector experience is a plus
