HR Coordinator (Hybrid) – 18-Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client, a well-established organisation based in Dublin's City Centre is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their HR team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented HR professional to gain broad exposure across the HR function within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the HR function. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of HR processes, supporting payroll administration, maintaining HR systems, and providing first-line support to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, offer letters, probation letters, salary change letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the monthly payroll process, including data input, validation, and resolving payroll queries.
- Maintain employee data within Workday and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare HR reports including absence, headcount, and mandatory training reports.
- Respond to employee and manager HR queries and manage the HR Workday inbox.
- Support annual HR processes and projects, including performance reviews and HR system testing.
- Provide general HR administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–3 years' experience in an HR Coordinator or similar HR role.
- Experience drafting employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Previous payroll administration or payroll support experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- A good understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience using HR systems, with Workday experience highly desirable.
- A degree in HR, Business or a related discipline.
- CIPD qualification (or currently working towards it) would be an advantage.
