Backed by leading investors and accelerators (including Microsoft AI, Techstars, and 500 Global), we are building the most intelligent agentic AI system in real estate—designed to match assets with the right investors, uncover hidden demand signals, and optimize transaction flows.

We are now looking for a Head of AI to lead our technical vision, drive AI innovation, and scale our data/AI capabilities into a true competitive moat.

As Head of AI, you will own the end-to-end strategy, development, and deployment of Smart Bricks’ AI systems. This includes building proprietary AI models for real estate investment matching, demand forecasting, and automated agent workflows. You will lead a growing AI team, define the technical roadmap, and ensure our AI foundation becomes the defining differentiator of Smart Bricks in global markets.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the engineering, product, and brokerage teams.

AI Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the AI strategy aligned with Smart Bricks’ product and business goals.
• Build and manage a high-performing AI team (ML engineers, data scientists, AI researchers).
• Establish Smart Bricks as a global thought leader in AI-driven real estate.

Product & Technology Development

• Lead the design and development of core AI tools, including:
• Investor-asset matchmaking engine.
• Demand-signal discovery and prediction models.
• AI-powered agents for discovery, analysis, and outbound engagement.
• Architect data pipelines, model training, and deployment frameworks at scale.
• Integrate structured/unstructured real estate data (transaction data, property feeds, reports, interviews, market signals).

Data & Research

• Build proprietary datasets from public, partner, and private sources.
• Leverage LLMs, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics to create a defensible data advantage.
• Partner with academic and industry institutions (e.g., Oxford’s Future of Real Estate Initiative).

Execution & Delivery

• Ensure models are production-grade, scalable, and compliant with UAE and international data laws.
• Work with product to translate research into usable features with measurable business impact.
• Continuously benchmark against global leaders in AI and proptech.
  

• Background: 10+ years in AI/ML with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise: Strong in LLMs, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and multi-agent systems.
• Track Record: Proven ability to take AI products from concept → production → scale.
• Technical Depth: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, MLops frameworks, Experience building real-world recommendation engines and agentic AI systems, and Data architecture and pipeline expertise.
• Leadership: Strong team-building and mentorship skills.
• Industry Advantage: Background in fintech, real estate, or marketplaces is a plus.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, execution-driven, and passionate about creating category-defining AI systems.
