Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our high-performance product engineering team. In this role, you’ll work across the stack — building investor-facing experiences, real-time pricing engines, and backend services that power Smart Bricks' AI-first infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to bring complex ideas to life with speed, performance, and elegance.

You’ll have significant autonomy and ownership in shaping our architecture, code quality, and engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications end-to-end
• Build investor dashboards, property discovery workflows, underwriting tools, and transaction flows
• Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, databases, and internal tools
• Collaborate with data and ML teams to embed real-time pricing, valuation models, and intelligence into the product
• Optimize performance, ensure reliability, and maintain high test coverage across the codebase
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions
• Help scale the platform as we expand globally across new markets and verticals

• AI/ML: Integration with Python-based pricing engines and AVMs
• Others: Supabase, Stripe, HubSpot, Segment, Mixpanel

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript (or similar modern JS frameworks)
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, or equivalent frameworks
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable APIs and relational databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud deployment, and agile workflows
• Passion for building beautiful, functional, and performant products
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience in real estate, fintech, or data-rich platforms is a plus
• Based in Dubai or open to remote with some travel
