Human Resources Specialist

Focus Areas:

We are looking for a colleague specialized in payroll, Austrian labor law, RWR processes, and HR administration.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly payrolls and coordination with external payroll provider

• Contact person for inquiries regarding Austrian labor law and salary issues

• Management of entry and exit processes, incl. prior notices & statistics

• Preparation and administration of contracts, amendments, and reference letters

• Handling of work & residence permits (RWR card applications)

• Administration of maternity leaves, re-entries, and other personnel-related documentation

Your Profile:

• University degree with focus on Human Resources or similar

• Several years of HR experience in payroll & labor law (financial sector is a plus)

• Sound knowledge of Austrian labor law

• Fluent in German & English (Turkish is an advantage)

• Very good MS-Office skills

• Reliable, proactive, hands-on and trustworthy personality
