Contract Role – Director Data Analytics / Solutions Advisor (Data Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, Payment) – Dublin/Hybrid – 12 Months Initial

We are seeking an exceptional Director Data Analytics / Solutions Advisor (Data Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, Payment) will be responsible for driving innovative analytic solution development for Payment Integrity. The role is focused on Waste and Error with strong partnership with Operations, Product and Technology teams. The role plays a vital part in initiating innovative analytic solutions, and in advocating the business to adopt analytic products and services that solve real business objectives and problems (savings and efficiency).

Responsibilities:

The responsibility of the role follows the logical flow from setting strategy and direction, to identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders and executing programs, then overseeing initiatives and finally supporting communications.

• Develop the strategy and roadmap
• Identify opportunities and design solutions
• Engage stakeholders and execute programs
• Oversee execution of analytic initiatives and drive performance
• Promote advanced analytic services and support communication strategy/marketing

This is an individual contributor role and does not have any technical programming responsibilities. The role requires a resilient and resourceful individual, capable of managing ambiguity and uncertainty while being comfortable positioning themselves to lead on initiatives and take on challenges. A quick-learning and problem-solving mindset is essential to manage analytic deliverables at a rapid pace in a highly matrixed environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience to showcase a problem-solving mindset. Ability to identify the root cause of an issue, break it down into smaller components, and develop a clear and effective solution.
• Experience working in a matrixed and high change environment handling tight deadlines
• Experience with analytics and data science organization or role
• Ability to translate complex analytic results into meaningful insight for maximum customer impact and influence
• Self-managed, self-starter, able to work in rapidly changing environment
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to establish credibility and build relationships at all levels
• Highly collaborative and consultative style with ability to work with all levels of management across all functional areas
• High energy, detailed oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure their quality and on-time delivery
• Proactive mindset. Demonstrates initiative and creativity by originating new ideas, anticipating, and implementing next steps
• Excellent verbal and design/written communication skills and ability to ‘tell the story’ Using data and metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Payment Integrity/ US health care industry (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Experience with advanced analytical techniques (e.g. predictive models, Gen-AI) used both to detect PI savings opportunities and drive efficiencies across the Payment Integrity organization
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
