Role: Project Manager

Part time (2 hours a day)

Location: Hybrid (Zaventem Brussels)

Languages: Dutch and English

Roles & Responsibilities:

Highly experienced in delivering digital and technology programs/projects in a matrix environment.

Highly adaptable to changes and to new ways of working/delivery methodologies.

The ability to build positive relationships across Functions and regions.

Proven communication and interpersonal skills, which will include: The ability to constructively challenge and influence colleagues and leaders. A strong team player, ideally with experience of working within cross-functional teams.

Ability to identify and resolve conflict and problems.

Discipline to assess and manage risks at the right level.

Program/Project related financial analysis skills.

Experience in a range of adaptive delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid etc.

Knowledge of specialty chemical sector will be highly desired but not required.

Strong communication with ability to discuss at strategy and execution level.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills:

This role is for a Project Manager with knowledge in Industrial Automation or Electrical Projects.

Should have some background within the electrical engineering field/energy management systems/green energy and new technologies.

Have experience in building an AI algorithm for enhancing an energy management system.

Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

Work Schedule;

1st Week - 5hs (1h per day)

2nd Week -4hs (1 h per day) + 8h (at client side)

3rd Week - 5hs (1h per day)

4th Week -4hs (1 h per day) + 8h (at client side)
