Product Manager

Bradford Jacobs is partnered with a pioneering Berlin-based technology company seeking a Product Manager to take full ownership of the go-to-market strategy and product development lifecycle for its groundbreaking AR/AI-assisted smart glasses platform. This cutting-edge solution revolutionises how field technicians and remote experts collaborate, providing hands-free training and guided workflows in real time.

The Role

This is an opportunity to lead the commercial introduction of a category-defining product, drive market fit validation, and define the roadmap for international expansion. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of AI, AR/VR, and enterprise field service technology, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape the future of remote collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product launch strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
• Define positioning, pricing, packaging, and partner enablement approach
• Develop compelling value propositions for enterprise field service clients
• Shape product vision based on market trends, analytics, and user feedback
• Align Stacklens within the wider TillerStack ecosystem and strategic goals
• Conduct field visits and customer interviews with industrial and telecom clients
• Prioritise customer needs, pain points, and feature development
• Coordinate AI training workflows for technician guidance and task automation
• Partner with AI engineers to deliver context-aware training and support features
• Manage backlog, sprints, and milestones in agile development
• Establish KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, and retention
• Iterate on the product roadmap using performance insights

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience (SaaS, AR/VR, or AI platforms preferred)
• Track record in launching hardware/software hybrid products
• Familiarity with enterprise field service operations or industrial IoT is advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in agile frameworks and product discovery methods
• Fluent in English & German

Preferred Skills:

• Background in AR/VR, AI-assisted learning, or wearable technology
• Technical fluency in video streaming, edge computing, or smart glass interfaces
• Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments
