Full Stack Developer

Bradford Jacobs is assisting a leader in connecting customers with trusted moving services, redefining standards across the moving industry. As a digital company operating a dynamic two-sided platform, they bring years of expertise in lead generation to the table.

They are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join their compact, fast-moving development team and work primarily on the Mover Portal, their B2B SaaS tool enables moving companies to manage leads, quotes, and communication with customers.

You'll play a key role in both the back-end and front-end development of the portal, helping our client evolve the portal into an intuitive, high-performance product that scales with their growing international user base.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional position ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership and building great user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders across the company to turn ideas into functional, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop New Features: Build, test, and deploy scalable features using Laravel (PHP) and assist with the implementation of front-end frameworks.

• Improve UX/UI: Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to refine user flows and front-end interactions.

• API Work: Build and maintain RESTful APIs that power integrations between the portal and our internal systems.

• Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews, contributing to a smooth and efficient development process.

• Problem Solving: Tackle performance issues and bugs and proactively propose improvements to the tech stack.

• Cross-Departmental Work: Work closely with product managers, customer success teams, and sales to ensure the portal aligns with business needs.

• System Improvement: Help maintain and improve our back-end systems and contribute ideas for technical innovation.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development.

• Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP 8+) and either Vue.js or React.

• Solid understanding of MySQL and REST API design.

• Experience working with Git.

• Comfort working in a remote, agile team environment.

• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular or Livewire).

• Understanding of B2B platform design and user onboarding flows.

• WordPress experience (used in parts of our marketing stack).
