💰 Salary: $5,000 USD/month*

We are looking for a Senior Mendix Developer with 10+ years of experience, including at least 4 years as an Expert Certified Developer. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Mendix low-code development, including Domain Modeling, Microflows, UI/UX Customization, and Integration (REST, SOAP, OData). This role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and training capabilities to support the growth of junior developers and fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mendix Development & Architecture: Design and implement scalable and high-performance applications using Mendix best practices.
2. Domain Modeling & Microflows: Develop efficient data models and workflows to enhance application functionality.
3. UI/UX Customization: Customize Mendix front-end interfaces to improve user experience.
4. Mendix Integration: Implement and maintain integrations with REST, SOAP, and OData services.
5. Performance Optimization: Enhance app performance and scalability by optimizing Mendix applications.
6. Leadership & Mentoring: Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members, including fresh graduates and junior developers.
7. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to upskill internal teams in Mendix best practices.
8. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and solve complex application challenges.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Mendix development.
• At least 4 years as an Expert Certified Mendix Developer.
• Strong expertise in Domain Modeling, Microflows, UI/UX Customization, and Performance Optimization.
• Experience in Mendix Integration (REST, SOAP, OData).
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and train teams at all levels.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
