📍 Location: On-site (Oman)

💰 Salary: $6,000 USD/month*

We are looking for a Senior System Architect with 10+ years of experience in system architecture, including 5+ years in a senior role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TOGAF architecture, designing and implementing on-premise and multi-tenancy architectures, and working within CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in designing scalable, high-performance systems while mentoring and coaching teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect & Design: Develop and implement scalable system architectures using Microservices, Monolithic, and Event-Driven patterns. Enforce best practices for software design and cloud/on-prem deployments.
2. API Design & Integration: Define and integrate secure, efficient APIs across enterprise platforms.
3. Enterprise Architecture: Apply TOGAF principles to create enterprise-level solutions.
4. DevOps & CI/CD: Work closely with DevOps teams to implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless software deployment using the popular tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
5. Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and mentor team members, including fresh graduates and junior engineers.
6. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions on software architecture best practices.
7. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex system challenges and implement innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in system architecture.
• 5+ years in a senior system architect role.
• Strong experience with Software Architecture Patterns (Microservices, Monolithic, Event-Driven).
• Expertise in API Design & Integration.
• Experience with on-premise & multi-tenancy architectures.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and train teams at all levels.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• TOGAF Enterprise Architecture, Certified Software Architect (ISAQB CPSA-A) & TOGAF 9 certification preferred.
