AI Engineer (m/f/d) in the Field of Medical Technology / Eye Care

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated AI Engineer (m/f/d) who will play a significant role in turning our vision into reality. In this position, you will work within our AI team, developing innovative AI solutions for eye diagnostics

• Development and implementation of AI algorithms for early diagnosis of eye diseases


• Optimization of existing AI models and continuous improvement of accuracy and efficiency


• Integration of AI solutions into our existing products and systems (MLOps)


• Collaboration with our AI scientists to explore and evaluate new approaches and technologies


• Data analysis and preparation for training and validation of AI models


• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the performance of developed AI algorithms


• Keeping up with current trends and developments in the AI and medical image processing field

• You have a completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related field with exceptional track record


• You bring experience in the development and implementation of AI algorithms, ideally in the medical field and/or within a fast paced environment


• You have strong knowledge in areas such as machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning


• You possess programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch


• You have experience with the deployment and lifecycle management of AI models (MLOps)


• You have experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure


• You have a team-oriented work approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• You have fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
