User Experience Designer

For our client in Amsterdam, Tech Rise is looking for a freelance UI/UX designer.

Until: end of year

Remote working: 3 days from home, 2 days office

Hours: 32- 40h a week

Hour rate: up to 85 Euro p/h

What you'll do:

• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Plan and conduct user research, user testing, and usability studies to inform and validate design decisions.
• Design and refine user interface elements, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual design mockups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Experience:

• Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision or Figma.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing. Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
