HR Internship

Your Mission

Are you a motivated master’s student eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment? At Puratos, we offer an internship where you’ll contribute to real projects, work with experts, and kick-start your career in talent acquisition.

This opportunity lets you actively engage in recruitment, supporting real hiring processes and get a taste of what it feels like to work in an international talent acquisition environment. We’ll also collaborate on one or two larger projects, ensuring your experience is both practical and meaningful.

Key Accountabilities

During this internship, you’ll:

• Screen Resumes & Connect with Candidates—help identify top talent and facilitate the hiring process
• Coordinate Interviews & Logistics—ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Support HR Training Initiatives—assist with organizing workshops and training programs
• Provide Administrative Assistance—help manage documents, contracts, and schedules
• Work on One or Two Larger Projects—we’ll determine the topic together, ensuring it aligns with your interests and career goals
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, Law, Communications, or related fields
• Organized, proactive & eager to learn—ready to dive in
• A great communicator who thrives in a team environment
• Reliable, trustworthy & ready to make an impact
• Fluent in English & Dutch/French (extra languages are a plus)
• Available for at least 12 weeks—longer is even better
