Senior Growth Manager (Mobile Gaming)

Our client is an innovative and ambitious mobile gaming company passionate about building games that resonate with millions of players worldwide. With a strong focus on performance and creativity, they are expanding their marketing team and looking for a Senior Growth Manager to lead user acquisition efforts across multiple platforms.

📍 Location: Istanbul – Mecidiyeköy on site. Yet hybrid or remote work requests will also be considered based on candidate fit and team alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as AppLovin, Meta, TikTok, Google, Unity, and more.
• Build predictive models to forecast spend, revenue, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Develop and refine monetization strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to continuously A/B test and scale winning ad creatives.
• Work alongside product and live ops teams to align UA strategies with game updates and content roadmaps.
• Manage and grow relationships with advertising partners, networks, and MMPs.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform changes, and emerging channels in user acquisition.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition or growth marketing.
• Proven success in managing significant UA budgets with measurable performance outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven campaign optimization and forecasting.
• A creative mindset and experience in identifying and scaling high-performing ad creatives.
