About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to lead and shape Reconomy’s group-wide data strategy. This is a high-impact role where you’ll transform disconnected systems into a unified, Azure-based data ecosystem that powers smarter, faster decisions across our business.

You’ll own our data product vision, drive platform integration, and collaborate closely with tech, product, and business teams to turn raw data into valuable, actionable insights.

This role reports directly to the Group Engineering Director and will serve as a central figure in building scalable data products, enabling AI/ML adoption, and establishing data as a strategic asset.

What You’ll Do

📊 Define and own the group’s Data Product Strategy and roadmap

🔗 Integrate business-critical systems (ERP, CRM, HR, etc.) using modern APIs and data pipelines

🏗️ Build a curated, structured data platform to enable analytics, reporting, and AI/ML

🧭 Establish single sources of truth across key data domains

📈 Lead development of dashboards and client reporting tools

🧠 Support divisional AI initiatives through clean, accessible data layers

🔐 Implement strong data governance practices across all divisions

🗣️ Collaborate with stakeholders across tech, operations, legal, and compliance

📚 Contribute to the Reconomy Product Chapter and shape the broader product direction

🚀 Lay the foundation for scaling into a future Head of Data role

What You Bring

✅ Proven experience in data product management, ideally with a data engineering background

✅ Track record of delivering enterprise-wide data strategies and platform transformations

✅ Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, APIs, and system integration

✅ Strong understanding of Data as a Product, Data Mesh, and governance frameworks

✅ Familiarity with AI/ML use cases and enablement in a business context

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Independent, proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complex environments
