About the Role:

As a Tech Leader, you will establish management standards and relieve our team through professional control, with no hands-on implementation.

Key tasks:

  • Strategic management of IT (15 employees) with a focus on AI/ML initiatives
  • Establish and set up robust processes (project management, quality assurance, governance)
  • Development/execution of the IT road map in line with corporate goals
  • Prioritize and implement initiatives as growth levers
  • Project portfolio - Control all IT projects via standardized PM (classic) with KPI reporting
  • Process design - Introduction of ITIL-based processes for monitoring, incident, and change management and templates.
  • Guidelines - Implementation, establishment, and maintenance of standardized guidelines (architecture guidelines, coding standards, UI/UX guidelines, security guidelines, test guidelines)
  • Quality - Binding requirements for test protocols, design reviews, and documentation standards
  • Escalation management with clear reporting lines (weekly status reports to management)
  • Vendor management - renegotiation of maintenance contracts

Must have:

  • Experience leading technical projects and working closely with product teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and connect various tech pieces into a unified game experience
  • Experienced in task breakdown, dependency management, and technical roadmap planning
  • Fluent English, additional languages will be a plus
  • Strong ability to balance both technical leadership and product ownership
  • Familiarity with APIs & Architecture
