Proclinical is seeking a Data Science Expert - Formulation & digital transformation to support digital transformation initiatives in the development of innovative solid drug delivery platforms. This role bridges formulation workflow optimization with data and digital projects, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge advancements in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine data handling methodologies, develop robust data strategies, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with formulation and manufacturing experts to design effective data strategies for unit operations.
• Support digital transformation projects by implementing advanced, data-centric approaches.
• Contribute to the development of guidelines for data handling, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
• Liaise with manufacturing site teams, system owners, and business process owners to manage data effectively.
• Collect and summarize user feedback on data applications to improve data handling processes.
• Compile and visualize experimental data, contributing to comprehensive development reports.
• Review development and manufacturing documents, performing thorough data integrity checks.
• Promote a culture of learning and collaboration by sharing best practices across digitalization projects.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.
• Proficiency in structuring, wrangling, and engineering data.
• Experience with manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical oral dosage forms.
• Strong interdisciplinary thinking and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
