Business Analyst

Client Introduction:

Job Title: Business Analyst

• MBA from a reputed B-School

• Relevant Product Management and Agile certifications such as SAFE, PMPO /

CSPO etc. with good exposure to working with multidisciplinary agile teams

comprising product managers, marketers, finance, creative, analytics and

engineering

Overall, 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital product management /

business strategy

• 2-3 years of experience of UX wireframing, documenting customer journeys

and working with UI/UX design teams for visual customer journey mapping

and experiences .

1-2 years of experience of working on projects based on any Web Content

management systems(Sitecore, AEM, Tridion, Contentful etc.)

• Knowledge of B2C and B2B

Desirable:

• 2+ years of experience in leisure and entertainment industry

• Knowledge and experience of Sitecore CMS based project

Strong analytical skills

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Excellent stakeholder management skills working with stakeholders in

distributed locations

• Good industry knowledge of one or more industry verticals such as Retail, and

Travel & Hospitality

Work closely with the clients to understand their problem statements, gather requirements and

document them in form of epics and high level user stories in JIRA.

• Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Support and lead client workshops/elicitation sessions

• Transform complex business problems into product epics, features and user stories for execution.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with other product managers, engineers, and creative

team(UI/UX) team to ideate, build, test and launch new features.

• Work closely as per AGILE methodology with development and QA teams as per Sprint to ensure

quality of delivery.

• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and lead/ideate new initiatives within the product management

practice

• Support business proposals leveraging using your industry experience and by collaborating with

Global teams & other practice.
