Service Designer

Our client is hiring: Service Designer (Brussels / Hybrid)

Our client is looking for a talented Service Designer with strong wireframing skills to help bridge the gap between user experience strategy and the concrete design of digital interfaces.

In this role, you will design and orchestrate end-to-end service and product experiences — from user research and journey mapping to prototyping and solution validation.

🔹 Your Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and customer expectations through qualitative and quantitative research

• Design and model user journeys and services (personas, customer journeys, service blueprints, etc.)

• Co-create solutions with clients, project teams, and end users through workshops, wireframes, prototypes, and user testing

• Produce initial wireframes that translate UX strategy into intuitive digital experiences

• Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints of the user experience

• Support development teams and promote UX and accessibility best practices

• Contribute to continuous improvement through testing, KPIs, and analysis

• Apply and respect applicable information security guidelines

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Service Design and UX methodologies

• Strong wireframing and prototyping capabilities

• Experience facilitating collaborative workshops and co-creation sessions

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and user-centered design principles

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and agile environments

• Good understanding of both Dutch and French
