Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: On behalf of our esteemed client, we seek a highly motivated Project Manager with extensive experience in the IT&C sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate and implement projects within public institutions through tenders. This role requires advanced English proficiency, the ability to travel to client sites, and a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in coordinating and implementing projects within public institutions through tenders.
• In-depth understanding of public procurement legislation and procedures.
• Knowledge of software solutions and telecommunications hardware.
• Strong project management skills: planning, execution, control, realistic estimation, reporting, organization, delegation, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate risks, identify options, make decisions, and implement corrective actions.
• Competence in balancing cost, time, and resources.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Resilience to stress and tight deadlines.
• Higher education, preferably in a technical field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Valid category B driving license.
• Willingness to travel to client locations at least 25% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives and scope, identify team roles and responsibilities, and manage team dynamics.
• Maintain contact with company representatives to obtain necessary documents and information.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client contacts.
• Travel to client sites to coordinate project implementation and achieve timely acceptance.
• Review contracts and ensure team compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and organize deliverables for public tender projects.
• Develop a detailed project implementation plan with department heads and ensure resource allocation.
• Manage procurement deadlines and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Adapt to changes during project implementation, including budget and technical solutions.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely reporting.
