The job combines project management with responsibility of system integration and hands on documentation of the development processes in order to meet the quality requirements, followed by technical product management activities.

What You Will Do In Your Role

Project and Product related Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional development projects, delivering new medical devices to our clients with focus on customer requirements and business value
  • Scope the projects according to the contractual agreements, plan and align deliveries with the client throughout the project - from start to production transfer or delivered solution.
  • Motivate your team to joint delivery of the right solutions in the right quality, planning, budgeting overall scope management of your project in terms of and continuous progress
  • Create a structured project documentation, using the specific tools provided for document traceability, as well as the preparation and maintenance of the DHF, DMR and DHR.
  • Ensure communication to both internal and external stakeholders, and cooperation with e.g. suppliers, testing laboratories and be the point of contact toward the client
  • Once the line(s) of product(s) are launched, support the products over their life cycle, by organizing and leading updates, upgrades, changes or versioning, as well as the permanent update of the technical file.

Responsibilities Within Project Management Office

  • Improve device development model in close collaboration with our Project Management Competency manager and improve our portfolio overview
  • Drive development and implementation of tools and processes to support project execution effectiveness, planning and predictability.

The Experience You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in engineering
  • 5+ years of successful project management experience preferably from the Medical Device industry as well as experience in driving projects from concept to industrialization phase
  • Knowledge within Medical Device regulations and standards (21CFR, ISO13485, ISO14971)
  • Skilled in project management tools (eg. MS project) and development project processes
  • Strong leadership skills with openness to input from colleagues
  • Strong communication skills to work on different organizational levels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Business fluent in English
