Are you an AI Engineer with real-world, production-side experience?

This is your chance to lead.

A well-established Irish business (founded in 2007) is on the lookout for a hands-on AI Engineer to drive a mission-critical AI project. This isn’t about maintaining what’s already there, this is about building it from the ground up.

You’ll join a small, focused team where you’ll be the technical lead and driving force behind the project. The company has already developed a promising proof of concept. Now, they need you to bring it to life designing, building, and scaling AI tools that automate and optimize key business processes.

You'll work with tools like Azure and Fabric, but if you’ve got a better idea or a different stack, they’re open. Your voice matters. Your ideas will shape the entire AI direction of the company.

Your mission:

• Lead the design and deployment of AI automation tools
• Build intelligent chatbots to streamline internal processes
• Work with real production data to create scalable solutions
• Start from scratch, full ownership of architecture and execution
• Influence future hiring and build the AI function with the business

Your need:

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Engineer
• Strong background in AI deployment and production environments
• Proven experience building chatbots or automation tools
• Comfort working autonomously and setting technical direction

Salary remuneration:

• 60,000 – 75,000 euros + Bonus, pension, Health insurance
