Program Manager Telco / IoT / Automotive

My client is seeking someone who sees ambiguity as a launchpad, not a blocker. You’re energised by context switching, comfortable navigating unstructured challenges, and always thinking through a PMO lens. You’ve worked with enterprise clients, supported fast-growing organisations, and understand what it means to bring order, discipline, and momentum to evolving portfolios.

• 3+ years in a Program Manager role with responsibility for overall Program Delivery of multiple related Projects led by other Project Managers.
• Minimum 2 years’ people management experience.
• A strong background in Telecommunications OR IoT OR Automotive – essential

Office First:- This role will be based full-time in their Dublin office for your first six months. This will massively assist you with your onboarding. Their modern office space has a great buzz, with everyone collaborating. After probation, it's three days a week in the office or more if you like!
