Job Title: Project Manager - Acquisition Integration

Our client is an established and fast-scaling financial services provider with a clear strategic growth agenda. Following a series of recent acquisitions, they are now focused on aligning systems, operations and people across the group.

Who should apply?
The ideal candidate will be a project manager with hands-on experience in M&A integration and cross-functional change programmes
• 5 plus years’ experience in project management, M&A integration or transformation roles
• Proven track record delivering post-acquisition integration in regulated environments
• Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) preferred
• Experience supporting buy- and sell-side M&A activity including due diligence
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across finance, HR, legal, IT and operations
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across multiple teams
• Experience in financial services is preferred but not essential
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to senior leadership and plays a key role in aligning operational strategy post-acquisition
• Integration Leadership - Lead planning and execution of post-deal integration across multiple business areas
• Project Planning - Define project scopes, develop timelines, and ensure milestones are met
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate internal teams to ensure a cohesive integration effort
• M&A Support - Contribute to future acquisition readiness, including diligence coordination
• Governance & Compliance - Ensure all transformation activity adheres to legal and regulatory standards
• Risk Management - Identify, track and resolve integration risks and issues
• Performance Reporting - Maintain clear progress updates and communication to senior stakeholders
• Continuous Improvement - Promote best practice in project governance and process optimisation
