Role Overview:

We are seeking a Transaction Monitoring & Screening Officer to support the integrity of our financial operations by identifying and assessing potential risks. You will play a key role in monitoring transactions, reviewing alerts, conducting sanctions and PEP screening, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review alerts generated from customer transactions in line with internal procedures;
• Analyze client documentation, transaction patterns, and risk indicators to ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations;
• Identify unusual or suspicious activity and conduct internal investigations where required;
• Perform customer screening against PEP, sanctions, and adverse media databases;
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of internal monitoring and screening systems;
• Collaborate with compliance and other departments to address potential ML/TF risks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in AML/CTF , transaction monitoring or screening – not less than 1 year;
• Strong knowledge of common fraud schemes, scam typologies, and money laundering methods;
• Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and suspicious behaviors across transaction data;
• Analytical mindset with sound judgment and decision-making abilities;
• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
