Your Next Job: Lead .NET Developer

As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be part of the leadership team, which includes the IT Manager, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and another Tech Lead. Together, you will think, discuss, and work on the technical direction of the company’s IT infrastructure. You will also have the chance and support to shape your career path and move towards architecture.

Half of your time will be hands-on in .NET, where you’ll focus on improving the platform's infrastructure and building new features to keep it evolving. You’ll work on enhancing functionality, optimizing performance, and integrating new elements that align with the company’s technical vision and support a data-driven approach.

The other half will be leading a multidisciplinary team consisting of three developers, a Product Owner, and a Tester. Your role includes encouraging senior developers to share their knowledge, mentoring juniors, and guiding the team to improve the platform. Additionally, you will enhance the company’s data services and support the expansion of the platform’s technical capabilities.

What You’ll Need:

• Fluency in Dutch
• 5+ years of .NET experience
• Experience in leading a team within a professional environment
• Front-end and Cloud experience is a strong plus
