Product Owner & Analyst

Horizon, a subsidiary of Boyner Group, aims to bring a new perspective to the retail sector with innovative solutions. We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Owner & Analyst to act as a bridge between business units and IT teams. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing business needs, coordinating product development plans, removing roadblocks for the development team, and ensuring on-time delivery through Agile practices. Your work will directly contribute to product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between stakeholders with competing priorities, fostering alignment and shared vision.
• Manage product lifecycle from development to delivery, maintenance, and improvement.
• Gather and analyze business needs, translating them into detailed documentation and actionable user stories.
• Define and manage product and sprint backlogs.
• Coordinate software development and testing processes.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify new product opportunities or improvement areas for existing ones.
• Determine and drive the MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
• Ensure seamless pre/post experience in the product–order cycle.
• Apply Agile methodology (Scrum) in daily operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance omnichannel and Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities.

Qualifications

• Graduated relevant fields of University
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in product/order lifecycle management, ideally in the retail industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with:
• PLSQL, Postman, Jira, Confluence, Figma
• SEO, Google Analytics (GA)
• Project & Product Management tools
• Writing user stories within the SDLC
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and document business requirements.
• Proven knowledge and practice of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered design is a plus.
• Experience in identifying customer needs and improving satisfaction through digital products.
