Who should apply?

Ideal for a senior corporate finance or investor relations professional ready to step into a leadership role:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) or investment professional with 10+ years’ experience
• Track record in executing strategic transactions, M&A, or capital raising
• Significant experience in investor relations or board-level financial communications
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong leadership ability with experience managing projects and influencing senior decision-makers

Role and Reporting Lines

This role reports directly to the Head of Corporate Finance and interfaces with the Executive Management Team and the Board. Responsibilities include:

• Lead strategic investment analysis and capital allocation proposals
• Direct all phases of acquisitions from origination to post-deal integration
• Act as a key contact for institutional investors and analysts
• Partner on equity and debt funding initiatives and roadshows
• Lead post-deal financial analysis against base case assumptions
• Oversee the creation of complex models for board-level decision-making
• Produce investor materials, board presentations, and financial disclosures
• Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and business development teams
