About Your New Job:

As the Lead AI Business Analyst, you will be a crucial bridge between business, technology, and operations, helping define and deliver AI-enabled solutions to enhance the organisation’s operations.

• Gather, analyse, and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for GenAI and Agentic AI use cases.
• Facilitate workshops, lead Agile ceremonies, and manage the product backlog in Jira, serving as Scrum Master when needed.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements, collaborating with AI/ML engineers and data teams.
• Manage and contribute across full project lifecycle activities (from scoping and design to testing, rollout, and implementation.)
• Drive business process optimization, value assessments, and best practice documentation for AI initiatives.
• Communicate business outcomes, efficiency gains, and ensure successful adoption across business units.

What Skills You’ll Need:

• 5-6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to AI/automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GenAI/Agentic AI concepts (LLMs, agents, evaluation techniques) and hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
• Advanced Jira skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience spanning the full SDLC, project delivery, and business process transformation.
• Preferred: Visualisation tools (Visio, Draw.io), SQL knowledge, BA/Scrum Master certification, exposure to financial sector or fund administration.
