Listing Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Listing Coordinator, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Listing Coordinator will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating with real estate agents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on multiple listing services (MLS), and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing property photos, descriptions, and related paperwork to ensure a seamless process for all parties involved.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
• Knowledge of Real Estate, particularly Residential Real Estate
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in real estate or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
