We’re now looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our listings on major MLS platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla.

Your Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our property listings stand out and perform. You’ll create engaging, high-quality listings from scratch — including generating images, writing compelling descriptions, and creating floor plans. You’ll also keep listings up to date, rotate them strategically, and make sure they remain competitive.

This role reports directly to the CEO, offering you the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage property listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, and other UK platforms.
• Write engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly property descriptions.
• Generate high-quality images and floor plans using AI tools and creative software.
• Keep listings fresh, updated, and optimised for visibility and conversions.
• Monitor listing performance and take initiative to improve results.
• Work independently to achieve clear weekly and monthly targets.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to execute the company’s marketing strategy.
