Junior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Coordinator (2 years contract)
For one of our clients, an international advertising company, we’re looking for a proactive, adaptable team player to join the HR department , where you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow across a wide range of HR functions.

What You Will Do:
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, posting job ads, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Help maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking tools.
- Represent the company at selected career fairs or virtual events, alongside more senior team members.
- Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive interview experience by providing timely communication and support.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, such as preparing documentation and helping new hires settle in.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by supporting social media content, event logistics, and internal communications.
- Help coordinate employer branding campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather input and feedback for internal branding projects.
- Communicate with global team members on Employer Branding when needed, with support from the team.
- Help keep employee records organized and up to date, including contracts and other relevant information.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, such as tracking work anniversaries and helping with internal surveys or exit interviews.
