UX/UI Designer

Now, we are looking for UX/UI Designer who will be an essential part of agile team in a fast-paced environment.

Your tasks:

• Develop and contribute to wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct A/B Tests
• Be responsible for contributing to, developing, and iterating on concepts for omnichannel design experiences in a fast-paced team environment
• Participate in and contribute to the planning process for new features and projects
• Refine your designs by considering live customer data, market research, and usability studies
• Support in the development and evaluation of personas, user stories, and usability studies

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant job experience
• Have an online portfolio of own design work (please attach a link to your CV)
• Have experience with A/B Testing (must have)
• Strong knowledge of design systems and interaction patterns
• Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative data, you care deeply about grounding your decisions in data
• English: minimum B2
• Analytical and creative thinking, agile working, high degree of proactivity
• Nice to have: Figma, Retail domain experience/knowledge
