UX/UI Designer Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX/UI Designer Pleno based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity for a Product Designer to create meaningful digital experiences that combine user needs, business goals, and technology possibilities.

You will work strategically across the product lifecycle, transforming research insights and data into intuitive interfaces and scalable solutions.

The position involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful experiences.

You will contribute to improving usability, engagement, and adoption of digital products used by large organizations.

Accountabilities

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences, balancing customer expectations with business objectives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve products and solutions.

• Drive strategic product design initiatives, ensuring intuitive, efficient, and accessible user experiences based on research insights and Product Design best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to align design decisions with user needs and organizational goals.
• Transform research findings, behavioral data, and business insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality user interfaces.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, usability tests, and analysis of user behavior.
• Support front-end development teams by ensuring design consistency and providing guidance throughout implementation.
• Define and monitor product success metrics, such as engagement, adoption, and satisfaction indicators, using data to recommend improvements.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Design Systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficient design processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, sharing knowledge and best practices across teams.
• Stay updated on emerging Product Design trends, methodologies, and tools to continuously improve the quality of deliveries.
  
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate has solid experience in Product Design, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technology and business teams.

• Proven experience in Product Design, including the creation of digital interfaces and user experiences.
• Strong proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience planning and conducting user research, usability testing, interviews, and data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and confidence in presenting and defending design decisions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality design solutions.
• Ability to adapt to different products, platforms, and complex systems, including legacy environments.
• Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing B2B digital products, enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions, or data visualization products is a plus.
• Knowledge of Design Systems, including the creation and maintenance of scalable components, is desirable.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with engineering teams is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain, Industry, or Retail contexts is an advantage.
• Background in Design, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
