JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Your main mission will be to coordinate, track, and manage projects related to medical initiatives, ensuring that activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects linked to Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Regional Medical Affairs and the rest of the Global Management Areas of the company (mainly Transformation and Strategic).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the Medical Affairs function.

Requirements:

• Languages: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, matrixed environment.
