IVI RMA GLOBAL

European PMO & Integration Project Manager

IVI RMA GLOBAL
Spain · Full-time · Mid-Senior

At IVI-RMA, we are the world’s leading reproductive medicine group, pioneering fertility treatments, research, and patient-centred care. With over 30 years of experience, we support individuals and couples around the globe on their journey to building a family — offering assisted reproductive techniques such as IVF, artificial insemination, and egg donation, as well as fertility preservation. We combine state-of-the-art technology, continuous innovation, and a deeply human approach grounded in excellence, placing the patient at the heart of everything we do.

As the European PMO & Integration Project Manager you will have a dual mandate. In close coordination with the European IT Director, you will establish and continuously enhance project management standards, governance frameworks, and reporting capabilities to support the successful management of the European demand management process as wee as the delivery of the European project portfolio.

In parallel, you will lead high-impact integration initiatives—such as mergers, acquisitions, system consolidations, and process harmonization—ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy while delivering measurable outcomes.

What will be your challenges?

1. PMO Governance & Standards for the European initiatives Portfolio

  • Define Standards: Develop, implement, and maintain scalable demand and project management methodologies, frameworks, templates, and best practices, applicable to both standard delivery and integration-focused projects.
  • Portfolio Oversight: Monitor portfolio health, including progress, dependencies, risks, and resource utilization; proactively identify and escalate issues impacting delivery.
  • Reporting: Produce clear, consolidated dashboards and reports for senior leadership (European IT director, other European directors and CEOs), to support data-driven decision-making and transparency.
  • Capability Building: Provide mentorship, training, and guidance on tools, methodologies, and best practices to project managers and stakeholders across the organization.

2. Integrations Project Management

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead complex, cross-functional integration initiatives, including system consolidation, infrastructure and network standardization, organizational and process alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage diverse stakeholder groups across business units and functions, aligning priorities and facilitating decision-making in complex environments, in coordination with the Integrations Direction.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate key integration and general project management risks (e.g., data migration, process misalignment, cultural differences) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate IT teams and resources resolving bottlenecks and ensuring effective allocation.
  • Go-Live & Stabilization: Oversee go-live readiness and lead hypercare post-implementation phases to ensure stability and performance of the IT systems.

What are we looking for?

  • Project Management Expertise: PMP (or equivalent) certification required; strong experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with proven hybrid delivery capability.
  • Integration Experience: Demonstrated success managing integration initiatives, such as M&A, ERP implementations, or large-scale transformation programs.
  • PMO & Governance: Experience establishing and managing PMO frameworks, governance models, reporting structures, and performance tracking.
  • Leadership & Influence: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels without direct authority.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of IT systems and integration challenges; ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical teams.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
