Back End Developer

We streamline management by connecting businesses to transport services and independent contract drivers, simplifying employment with quick and direct access to jobs and drivers, GPS routing and tracking, as well as providing digital documentation and payment options. Role Objective

We’re looking for a senior backend engineer to help build out a green-field cutting-edge ReactJS/Java microservice solution. This role would primarily focus on the Spring Boot Java middleware tier.

This person needs to know how to collaborate and communicate with remote technical team members and take ideas and input and turn them into reality. The right person will enter our fast-paced environment and quickly build strong relationships with the team and make contributions to our growing platform.

Key Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software design, software development & architecture

- Expert experience working remote and with remote team members.

- Experience in agile teams with working knowledge on how work gets from ideation to production

- Excellent Java 11+ experience

- Excellent Java Spring* experience. Will focus on Spring Boot and Spring Data feature sets.

- Ability to write simple MySQL queries. (MongoDB, DynamoDB experience a plus)

- AWS experience a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
