We are seeking a motivated Technology Intern to join our global tech team. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical support, systems operations, and DevOps practices in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
You will start by providing technical and administrative support for internal and external systems, and progressively be trained in DevOps methodologies, cloud tools, and automation processes.
- Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues related to Draiver’s web and mobile applications, including performance, functionality, and usability.
- Reproduce and diagnose customer-reported issues in a development or testing environment
- Provide technical support to users via email, chat, using Hubspot ticketing system
- Support internal employee basic IT needs such as password resets or application access
- Use tools such as Chrome Developer Tools (Inspect) to identify the root cause of technical problems
- Collaborate with the development and DevOps teams to help implement solutions and validate fixes
- Document and track issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures
- Analyze support tickets to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Create and update internal documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with browser developer tools, especially Chrome Inspection
Understanding of web-based applications and how they interact with users and database
Exposure to Java, ReactJS, Relational databases, or HTTP troubleshooting is a plus
Interest in learning about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Hubspot, and Salesforce
English proficiency and strong written communication skills
