Project description:

Join a DevOps and Platform team, a central area unit responsible for building and maintaining over 40 applications thought their lifecycle.

You will work closely with developers, architects and security specialists to implement, support and ensure stability of our on-premise (mostly) and cloud platforms on Azure. You will also contribute to the automation of CI/DC pipelines, infrastructure as code and tooling.

You will also be involved in active participation in Monitoring and Observability both from the implementation perspective and from the hands-on experience in troubleshooting problems found.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and platform services on Azure Cloud.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows, environment consistency, and system reliability.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Support platform governance, security, and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as part of the SRE responsibilities.
• Document infrastructure and operational processes clearly and concisely.

Qualifications (must-have):

• 2–7 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SysAdmin, SRE, or Platform Engineering role.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Azure Application Insights)

Big nice to have:

• Familiarity with Java and/or .NET application environments (maven, nuget)
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Nice to have:

• Experience with GitOps practices and tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates).
• Exposure to platform engineering concepts such as internal developer platforms (IDPs).
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments and on-premise.
• Experience working in banking or financial services sector.
