Fully Remote – Freelance AI & Process Integration Architect (PT or FT)

Our client is looking for a Process Architect with strong AI, API, and automation experience.

Someone who can design, document, and help roll out automated processes across different systems.

Key things we’re looking for:

• Experience integrating AI into business processes
• Strong understanding of APIs — how to spot, describe, and use them
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, SharePoint, M365, SAP ECC
• Able to design smart solutions like AI in ticketing and automated tasks
• Writes clear process docs and automation concepts
• Proven track record of automating manual processes
• Comfortable working with both tech and business teams

The ideal person:

• Understands both tech (AI, APIs, data models) and business needs
• Looks at manual tasks and thinks "how can I automate this?"
• Knows how systems interact — doesn’t need to be hands-on technical
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, M365, SharePoint, SAP
• Start ASAP (ideally before August 1st)
• Flexible hours
• Fully remote
• 3–6-month contract
• Referral fee: €500 if we place someone you recommend
