We are looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager who will help us create a comprehensive Product Marketing strategy for different user segments and boost the company's growth in different markets.

Your skills:

• 1+ year of experience in product marketing or 2+ years in the marketing sphere;
• Hands-on with B2C products;
• Practical experience with competitors analysis;
• Proven experience with market research;
• Great analytical skills and data-driven approach;
  
  

Bonus points for:

• Basic understanding of A/B testing;
• Experience with customer research;
• Working with Paid Ads funnels (meta/google/TikTok);
• Experience with analytical tools: Mixpanel / Amplitude / Google Analytics / Hotjar;
• Practical experience in working on messaging or positioning of the product or company.
  
  

Your tasks:

• Competitive analysis, market research;
• User Research;
• Close collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager, contributing to the product marketing roadmap based on user feedback and competitive analysis;
• Help to drive a go-to-market strategy to deliver effective product acquisition campaigns;
• Help to develop key messaging, value proposition, and content creatives for different user segments;
• Analysis of business performance with measurable outcomes and clear recommendations to drive growth and conversion of the website.

Your team - the acquisition team is responsible for bringing enough qualified leads for the sales team. It comprises a Product Marketing Manager, UX/UI designer, and 2 Full-stack developers.

Recruitment process:
