Unity Team Leader

EER Poland is looking for a Unity Team Leader to build and grow the Unity Team, taking end-to-end ownership of cross-organizational projects from requirements to production

As we have a couple of such vacancies with the same company, we are inviting both seasoned TL candidates and those who have just started their TL career and want to continue growing in this direction, under a friendly supervision of a more experienced Team Lead.

Our Client is an international innovative gaming company (currently 300 + employees). Its smart games, with 15 mln tournaments hosted every day, redefine entertainment and are designed to reward skill and strategy.

The Company is now establishing its R&D team in Warsaw. It's the perfect time to join!

Hybrid work mode with 3 days in the office (central Warsaw)

Your role:

• Lead a team of highly skilled and passionate engineers
• Evaluate technologies, run proof of concepts, and promote changes in the technological stack
• Lead changes, guide and collaborate with other development teams in the company
• Be an effective part of owning and supporting the team’s services in multiple production environments
• Use, learn and share best practices for high-quality design, code, and tests

What you need:

• At least several months of experience as a Team Lead or a Tech Lead
• Several years of relevant work experience in software development
• Experience working on Production (released games)
• Proficiency in Unity engine (or at least some experience with it, along with another programming language)
