As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll be part of an advanced Data Science & Engineering team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent solutions that enhance monetization strategies, audience analytics, and user engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Uncover hidden patterns in vast, complex datasets to drive business decisions.
• Design, develop, and own scalable data pipelines and end-to-end machine learning models.
• Build real-time data processing solutions and implement predictive algorithms for monetization.
• Innovate and shape new data products while enhancing existing ones.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, BI, DevOps, R&D, and Marketing teams to develop cutting-edge solutions.
• Take ownership of product releases, from analysis and development to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

What You Need:

Must-Have:

• B.Sc./M.A./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with a deep understanding of ML models and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM, recommendation systems).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases for data retrieval.
• Experience with monitoring & alerting tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana).
