Are you a data enthusiast passionate about transforming workforce insights into impactful solutions? We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join an enterprise-level team and shape the future of HR analytics through innovation and evidence-based insights.

🔍 In this role, you will:

• Develop and validate predictive models and algorithms using cutting-edge statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Dive into complex people data to uncover insights and refine hypotheses.
• Build and deploy scalable data pipelines from raw sources to analytical products.
• Drive adoption through knowledge sharing and training.
• Influence decision-making with impactful visualisations and data storytelling.

🎓 What you bring:

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong coding skills in Python, SQL and/or R.
• Proven experience applying data science to HR or social sciences data.
• Solid grasp of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or R Shiny.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for problem-solving.
• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience

✨ Bonus points for:

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git-based version control tools.

📅 Contract Term: Initial 6 months
