As a DevOps Engineer at Wix, you’ll play a role in developing our observability infrastructure. You will:
The Wix Visibility Team is the backbone of our observability infrastructure, empowering engineering teams across Wix to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize their systems with confidence. We design, build, and maintain comprehensive visibility pipelines that process billions of data points daily, transforming raw telemetry into actionable insights.
Our team operates at the intersection of infrastructure and application development, leveraging both cutting-edge open source technologies and custom-built solutions tailored to Wix's unique scale and requirements. As a full-stack team, we work across the entire observability stack—from data ingestion and processing to visualization and alerting—ensuring our internal customers have the tools they need to deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a DevOps Engineer at Wix, you’ll play a role in developing our observability infrastructure. You will:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Manage infrastructure of Kubernetes from different flavors on top of AWS cloud at scale.
- Use your expertise in Linux and networking fundamentals to enhance system performance, security, and reliability
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in deployment processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and services
- 3+ years of experience working in live production systems
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes as a cluster administrator
- Proficiency in Linux and are well-versed in networking fundamentals
- Proven experience with AWS
- Strong knowledge of provisioning and configuration management systems (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.)
- Familiarity with languages like Python and Go
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
