Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for managing complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders? Ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We’re looking for a Project Manager – Regulatory Compliance to join our Business Delivery and Change Management team and lead the delivery of critical regulatory and business transformation initiatives.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our Legal & Regulatory (L&R) function and Business Delivery, ensuring regulatory priorities are effectively aligned with strategic business objectives. You'll lead end-to-end delivery of key projects — from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and successful implementation — all while ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager – Regulatory Compliance

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across business and technology workstreams
• Serve as “Integrated Lead” on cross-functional projects
• Drive alignment between L&R and operational delivery teams
• Ensure business readiness, user adoption, and success metrics (KPIs) are met
• Report to Programme Delivery Board and Senior Leadership Teams
• Provide independent insights and solutions on risks, issues, and progress
• Transition projects into BAU with the Operations team

The successful Project Manager – Regulatory Compliance will have:

• Proven project management experience (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methods)
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience in delivering regulatory or strategic business programmes
• Strategic thinking with a business-first mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
• Resilient and adaptable – thrives in high-pressure, fast-changing environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping sight of business outcomes
