Position: Outsystems - Senior Project Manager

Location: Lisbon /Hybrid (2-3 times in office)

What You’ll Do:

• Planning, executing, monitoring and closing OutSystems development projects.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget and with the expected quality.
• Coordinating developers, testers, business analysts and other stakeholders.
• Facilitating communication between technical and business teams.
• Collect and manage business requirements.
• Managing customer and internal stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks in advance and define mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with good development practices and the OutSystems architecture.
• Create project schedules (roadmaps, sprint plans).
• Manage resources, task allocation and budgets.
• Review processes and propose improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
• Supporting the definition of delivery frameworks and standards in OutSystems.

What We’re Looking For:

• More than 10 years' experience;
• Degree in Engineering, Management, Information Technology or equivalent;
• Certified training in Project Management;
• Valid PMI PMP certification;
• National Secret Grade security clearance or proof of initiation of the process with the GNS;
• Management of 6 or more OutSystems implementation projects in Public Administration;
• Proven experience in managing projects identical to those envisaged in the scope of this procedure.
