Position: Project Manager

Location: Mamer, Luxembourg (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead DevSecOps transformation initiatives in the banking sector (Luxembourg).

The role focuses on driving DevSecOps adoption, coaching teams, leading cultural and technical transformation, identifying delivery bottlenecks, and ensuring strong collaboration between development, security, and operations teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile software development environments;
• Strong background in DevOps and DevSecOps implementation;
• Solid understanding of security integration within the SDLC;
• Experience in stakeholder management and organizational change;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills;
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear and actionable insights;
• Languages: English (C1 mandatory), French is a plus.
